Archival footage, hundreds of historical photographs, a dance hall re-enactment and many hours of interviews had to
be rhythmically woven together in a way that brought a joyous era back to life. Most of the interviewees called it the
best years of their lives.

The music became so integral to the feel of the film that there was never a moment it wasn't playing through the entire
92 minute length. I also grew to thoroughly love the big band era's music over the several months of editing.
